Take a step back in time! Very much a travelers paradise! Seems like it should be full of truckers and harried families on road trips but when you stop in the very early morning (which we did) it’s older men and couples enjoying a laid back friendly diner experience. The are people everywhere chatting or reading newspapers as they sip on coffee. Amazing food, friendly staff, great prices! very clean bathrooms. Only drawback is at first I thought you can still smell the scent of cigarettes from the heyday of inside smoking: but really it’s what they’re known mesquite smoke.

Number 1, the owner's and the staff are exceptional people. They know how to treat their customers, like family. I have eaten a lot of Prime Rib through the years. I have a couple places I really like in Vegas. Town and County is every bit as good and better then most. If you like true home style cooking, don't miss our and go there. Cheers!!! P.S. Don't forget to try their pie.

I received a generous portion of roast beef brisket, mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra, dinner roll, and sweet roll for 10.99. Service was prompt and friendly. They offered one Kansas brewed beer, Warbeard Irish Red, that paired well with the meal.

Highly recommend!! Our first visit and won't be our last. Great home cooked food at fantastic prices!! Hubby loved the chicken fried steak with his fried okra. My prime rib was yummy and reasonably priced. The coconut cream pie was delicious and was a huge piece for half of what you would pay elsewhere. Our waitress was attentive and took care of anything we needed with a smile. Staff wore masks and tables/seats were thoroughly cleaned between customers. The space allowed for social distancing as well.

Great breakfast as always and we got lucky and they still had some of the big cinnamon rolls left.
